Coupon ROUND ROBIN Rules                              Robin #_____                                                               

1. Keep at least 100 coupons with at least 60 or more days until expiration date in the robin at all times.

2. Remove the coupons that you want & remove any with 10 days or less until expiration date from the robin.

3. Replace 1 coupon for every 1 coupon that you remove.

4. Fill requests whenever possible.

5. Mail out within 3 days after receiving.

6. Mail in this order:  #1 to #2  , #2 to #3,   #3 to #1....then repeat rounds.

Form ROUND ROBIN RULES                           (Robin #     )

 1.  Keep rules with robin at all times.
 2.  21 total forms in robin.  Duplicates do not count.
 3.  Always replace 1 form for every 1 form that you remove.
     ("1-4-1")
 4.  Replace forms 1-4-1 with your best new forms.
 5.  Put your initials in ink on the corner of every form you add.
 6.  Do NOT add:  money-plus, sweepstakes, or less than 60+ days
     until expiration date (unless filling a request)!
 7.  To fill request:  staple the requested form to the member's
     request list.
 8.  Do NOT remove forms from another member's request list!
 9.  Update your request list each time that you receive robin.
10.  Request list should be 1 page long.
11.  Mail robin on to the next member within 3 days of receiving.
12.  Mail in this order:  #1 to #2, #2 to #3, #3 to #4. #4 to #1.

ROUND #1:  Remove forms attached to your request list.
           Remove the loose forms that you want.
           Replace forms 1-4-1 with your best new forms.
           Fill as many requests as you can.
           Update your request list.
           Mail on to next member.

EVERY FOLLOWING ROUND:  Do as in Round #1.
           Also remove any loose forms with your initials on them
           and replace them 1-4-1 with your best new forms.

REMEMBER:  Teamwork will make the difference between success or
           failure of our robin.
